the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, managed the parking nearby. the rooms are well-appointed and extremely spacious with big bed and our experience is nice.

The hotel is in a great location, with a large shopping mall just across the street. We enjoyed the excellent food at the restaurant and found the bed to be very comfortable. The pool area and gym were a nice bonus. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Merida.

Liked this comfortable hotel, easy to find. Very very helpful staff, the breakfast in the restaurant was the best and excellent. I booked a deluxe king room, it was modern and had climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was favourable and magnificent for me.

We really appreciated the extra amenities like the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The restaurant offered a delicious range of meals, and we were even treated to a welcome drink upon arrival. The swimming pool and sun terrace were the perfect spots to unwind after a long day. And the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great added bonus.
